Approximately 175-200 pounds of beef in this package. The cuts can be customized to an extent contact us for details. Ground 85/15 beef (1 lb packs) = 75 lbs Short ribs = 8-10 lbs 1 Brisket = 9-12 lbs Ground chili meat (1 lb packs) = 5 lbs Various roasts = 25-30 lbs Stew meat (1 lb packs) = 10 lbs Fajita meat (skirt, flank, or bavette) = 5-8 lbs Cutlets/Cube steak (top round) = 12 lbs Rib-eye steaks (1 1/2" bone-in cuts) = 13 lbs NY Strip & Filet steaks (1 1/2" cuts) OR T-Bones (1 1/2” cuts) = 8-10 lbs Sirloin steaks (1 1/4" cuts) = 4-5 lbs Liver (1 lb packs) = 2 lbs Shank steaks / Osso Bucco (1 1/2" cuts) = 10-12 lbs You will need approximately 7-8 cubic feet of freezer space for this amount of beef.
